I had been busy getting as much equipment as I could for my gym, including second-hand Assault Bikes which are designed for hard wear but needed a lot of attention to bring them to standard for clients. Paul travelled to me from the North to Kilkenny within a couple of days and had everything in top shape by the time he left – I guarantee you won’t beat him for value for money either.
